Sarah is a Los Angeles-based trilingual Lebanese-Armenian fitness trainer, nutrition coach and published cookbook author. Featured in Good Day LA + New York, Huffington Post, Telemundo, People En Espanol, she uses her platform to spread her knowledge and help inspire others to live their own healthy lifestyle.
Growing up as a competitive tennis player and Division I athlete, fitness has always been a part of Sarah’s life. After sustaining a career-ending injury she went on to obtain a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology and worked internships with the athletic teams at University of Southern California and Notre Dame High School. She uses a holistic approach and an athlete’s mindset to teach clients all over the world how to work out efficiently, eat to nourish the body, provide wellness tools to help build a positive mindset and most importantly to feel confident from the inside out.

I had been following Sarah for some time before I decided to join her BootyFit Challenge. I’m so happy I did because her workouts were perfect for me and my busy schedule. The workouts were only 30 minutes, but worked every intended muscle perfectly! I know because I was sore from many of the workouts. I love how Sarah gave modified options for each workout. I was able to challenge myself with the advanced versions and adjusted the weights I was using, lifting heavier as needed. I notice a difference in my core, arms, legs and booty! Definitely getting stronger overall! Sarah also provided delicious recipes and gave many tips on how to have a positive mindset and a healthy relationship with food. For this, I’m grateful!
