  • IF YOU MISS A WORKKOUT DON'T WORRY BECAUSE WE WILL POST IT TO THE PAGE FOR YOU TO ACCESS DURING THE DURATION OF THE 4-WEEK PROGRAM.

  • THE COMMENTS SECTION OF THE POSTS ARE CREATED AS A COMMUNITY FORUM. SO, IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION OR A RECOMMENDATION TO GIVE THAT'S WHAT THE COMMENTS SECTION IS USED FOR.

  • ALL POSTS WILL BE DELETED ONE DAY AFTER THE END OF THE PROGRAM.
